Namibia vs Scotland 12th Match ICC T20 World Cup 2024

Namibia and Scotland will face off for the fourth time in T20I cricket during Match 12 of the 2024 T20 World Cup on Thursday afternoon. The match will take place at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados, on June 6th.

Namibia is coming into this game on a high after a thrilling Super Over victory against Oman on Sunday. This win should boost their confidence as they look to build on their strong record against Scotland and aim for their second win in a row.

Scotland, on the other hand, had a no-result against England on Tuesday but made an impressive showing by scoring 90/0 in just 10 overs. Their opening batters put up a great fight against the defending champions’ bowling attack, and they’ll be looking to carry that momentum into this match.

Batters were able to get full value for their shots in Tuesday’s shortened game and any delivery with pace on will come onto the bat nicely. However, slower balls and flighted spin deliveries will die in the surface and batters may need to push those deliveries into the gaps as opposed to target the boundaries. Any score over 180 will be competitive.
